Your spot is reserved as soon as payment or membership is confirmed.

• We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. 
• Grip Socks (if you don't have any we offer grip socks at the studio to purchase)
• Water bottle

• For safety, we cannot allow late entry after 2 minutes into Reformer classes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. 

Mat Pilates uses your body weight on a mat to improve core strength, flexibility, and control.

Equipment Pilates uses specialised Pilates machines to add resistance and support, offering a wider range of exercises suitable for all fitness levels.

• Our standard monthly memberships don’t roll over, but if the studio closes temporarily, we’ll consider extensions individually. 
• Flexi Membership class credits are valid for 6 weeks from the date they are added to your account. Any unused credits will expire after this period and cannot be rolled over or refunded.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:

• Credit loss (class packages)
• Unlimited membership users: £5 fee for multiple late cancellations

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide one month's notice via email.

Once we receive your cancellation request, one final membership payment will be taken. Your membership will then remain active until the end of that final billing period, after which it will be cancelled.

Please note that membership cancellations cannot be processed by phone, social media, or in person and must be submitted via email.

• Not at all, our classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. You’ll gradually build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace.

• Feel free to take quick photos before or after class, and please respect the privacy of others.

• All class packs and memberships are non-refundable, in line with our studio policy.

• You cannot transfer credits to friends or family. 
• Each membership is for the member’s own use only.

• With appropriate modifications, pregnant clients are welcome to attend classes.
