I decided to make a transition from Recruitment to teaching Pilates full time which has been so fulfilling. I don't expect perfection, just for my clients to feel safe, supported and to notice progression.
Movement that feels good in and outside of the studio. See you on the reformer!

My classes are rooted in classical Pilates technique, with a contemporary and dynamic approach that challenges the body in thoughtful, progressive ways. I place a strong emphasis on building a solid foundation at first, focusing on alignment, precision, and core principles so that clients develop the strength and awareness needed to progress. As clients move into intermediate classes, I enjoy layering in more coordination, flow, and choreography while still maintaining key classical elements such as footwork and the Hundred.
I emphasise alignment, dynamic flow, and intentional movement, creating classes that feel both grounded and energising.
